Two bathrooms are better than one!

The upstairs bathroom was recently remodeled with vinyl tile, new toilet and a new exhaust fan. It has a full tub, large massaging showerhead, sink w/ vanity, toilet, shelves and towel racks

The downstairs bathroom is not enclosed but comes in handy in a pinch!

There is a working toilet (with new insides), sink and shower downstairs. This area could easily be enclosed with walls and made to serve an extra bedroom downstairs.
