Asking price is $160,000 -add 3% if you have a buyer agent

The price is flexible but we are only asking what we have in it. The house doesn't need anything major, so this is a good deal and we will not come down more than 1-5%, so please don't bother with lowball offers. And if you ask us to come down on the price please dont expect us to pay your closing costs. Pick your poison there. We have a great real estate lawyer here in town who we are very comfortable with to do the contract and closing. He's handled a few transactions for us and is very professional and reasonable.
